I don’t think I have ever been in a pawn shop before, seriously. Was expecting neutral to negative stereotype. Was just selling surplus instruments that weren’t played anymore. Awesome experience, Susan was super sweet, honest that I could get more at a music shop and offered suggestion. I was treated fairly and the entire staff were really nice. It was convenient as well. For a first experience in a pawn shop, it broke preconceived notions.
